Questions after registration

Some offers are weather-dependent. The weather decision will be communicated to you directly by the base manager in the confirmation email. If you need to know the weather forecast a little earlier, you can contact him in advance on the number given.

If your guide cancels, you can tell them your new preferred date directly. If you do not know this yet, you can send us an email at a later date. Ideally, you should reply directly to your confirmation email. With a voucher, you have a maximum of 2 years to inform us of a new date. After that, the voucher expires.
