No, the vouchers are intended as a gift. If you already have a preferred date for the event, you can register directly.
We have no fixed registration deadlines. However, it is advisable to book your preferred date as early as possible. Ideally about 1-2 weeks before the date. This gives us enough time to organize your experience. Short-term registrations with a few days' notice are usually also possible, but we cannot always guarantee free places.
Registrations must always be made online. At www.adventurebase.ch under "Make an appointment" you can enter your voucher number or register directly without a voucher. We will then check your preferred date and send you a confirmation by e-mail. > Go directly to registration
Of course. But we need a separate registration for each voucher (!). Enter "together with ..." in the comment field so that we know who belongs together. After completing the first registration, you can add the next person by clicking on the "Register more people" button. Additional voucher numbers in the comment field will not be taken into account! If none of the people have a voucher, you can freely enter the number of participants during the order process. In this case, we only need one registration for all persons together.
Yes, but in this case you must register without a voucher and enter your voucher number plus the note "please credit" in the comments field.
Check the voucher number for spelling mistakes. For example, U and V are often mixed up or there is a space at the end. If the number is still not accepted, you can send us an e-mail with the following information: voucher number (if recognizable) and, if known, the name of the person who ordered the voucher. We will then send you the correct number immediately.
This is generally possible. However, please note that the person may already have something else planned for this date and may not have time. Therefore, check carefully whether the appointment can be kept. In such cases, we recommend giving a voucher as a gift and then making an appointment.
If you register without a voucher, we will send you an invoice by e-mail for prepayment or you can pay for your experience by credit card or cash on site, depending on the offer. The payment method is shown in the confirmation email.
Most of the offers only take place in good weather. However, individual experiences such as river rafting can also take place without any problems if the weather is not brilliant. Details can be found in the confirmation email after registering for your desired experience.
Don't worry, we'll find a new date. Reply to your confirmation email and let us know your new preferred dates. We will update your registration and organize the new date for you.
Yes, if you have an appointment for an Adventurebase activity, you can cancel or postpone it by e-mail or telephone. You can find information about cancellation fees and deadlines in point 14 of our terms and conditions.
Sure, we'll be happy to send you a non-binding offer for your individual group event.
Make sure you bring your voucher or, in the case of advance payment, the ticket with you, as the activity cannot be carried out without a valid voucher/ticket. What you need to bring for the individual activities is stated on the registration confirmation.
